Eligibility:
1.Students must be Bangladeshi Citizen;
2. a) Students who have passed the SSC or equivalent before 2006 can not apply;
b) Students who have passed HSC or Equivalent (with Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in 2008 and 2009 can apply;
3. a) Total GPA must be minimum 8.0 in SSC or equivalent and HSC or equivalent but not less then GPA 3.5 individually;
b) Acndidates from 3 Hill Districts and Tribals must have total GPA 7.0 in SSC or equivalent and HSC or equivalent but not less then GPA 3.00 in each.
Referd is not accepted to apply.
All candidates must have GPA 3.00 in Biology in HSC or equivalent exam.
4. For GCE : 05 (best five) Subjects in O-Level and 03 (three) subjects (Biology, Chemistry & Physics) in A-Level would be consider for evaluation.They must need to submit Equivalency Certificate from Health Department by depositing Tk. 1000/-.
In case of additional subject in O-Level if the students get more then two then the extra marks would be evaluated.
Form Collection:
The Prescribed Application Form is to be obtained from respective Medical Collegees by depositing Tk. 520/- (non-refundable) from 25 August, 2009; Applicants must collect Application Form, Admit Card and submit Application form by himself/herself.
Form Submission:
Application form must be filled up by applicant and submit it to the respective Medical College otherwise application form will be rejected.
Supporting Documents: Photocopy of SSC and HSC or equivalent Certificate/Testimonial.(Attested).
Photocopy of SSC and HSC or equivalent Mark sheet/Transcript.
Photocopy of the Certificate of City Mayor/Pourasava Chairman/Union Parishad Chairman/Ward commissioner for district quota.
04 (four) copies of Passport size photo (Attested).
Freedom fighters children and Tribal candidates must submit the necesery documents to get the quota.
