National Institute of Textile Training Research and Design (NITTRAD) invites application for Textile Engineering course

National Institute of Textile Training, Research and Design (NITTRAD) has become a focal point of international education and research institutions, universities and development organizations active in textiles globally. It has academic collaboration with Niederrhein University of Germany which has the largest Textile Faculty in Europe. The One-Year certificate course in Textile Technology offered by NITTRAD is being accredited by International Textile Institute, UK to be of Licentiateship of Textile Institute (LTI) Standard. Collaboration with University of Bolton, UK has been established. NITTRAD is currently under a massive re-structuring and development project supported by UNIDO/EU in cooperation with the Ministry of Textiles and Jute of the Government of Bangladesh.

 Requirements: Applicants must have passed HSC or Equivalent examination in 2009 or 2010

Applicants must have secured a total GPA of 6.50 in SSC and HSC examination (not below GPA 3.0 individually in SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations) from any recognized education board of Bangladesh.

Applicants must have average grade point 3.5 in HSC Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and no less than 3.0 individually.

Applicants with O and A levels must have 5 (five) B’s on an average in O level and 3 (three) B’s on an average in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry in A level. (These applicants will have to submit equivalent certificates issued by the faculty of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka University).
